Had a very unpleasant experience at Ah Mei's Cafe just now! Baby and I were both so upset with one of the staff's hostile attitude towards us. Baby hence decided not to patronise the ah mei's cafe there anymore! ='( I told baby i'm gunna help him revenge by writing a complain email! Lol. Here it goes ...  Click on the image to see the mail. Always has been patronising Ah Mei's Cafe at Rail Mall there. Baby & i both agreed that the pratas there taste nice & it was our usual hang-out place. I'm always very particular with the customer service in retail outlet 'cos i believe that excellent customer service come first, rather than the quality of product. Of 'cos product must be acceptable but i will never patronise a stall that sells nice quality food but poor customer service. Very disappointed with it... Putting these aside, i think im quite a typical singaporean. Generally, Singaporeans approach ain't upfront confrontation. We don't like to embarrassed ourselves by quarrellings in the public. Anything you're unhappy, we shoot you a COMPLAINT letter... Oops, its feedback form. Hehehe :P Blow up the matter and get the person into deep shit! Otherwise, some would just keep quiet because we finds that it's such a hassle to even bother. These people only complain among themselves and their cliques of friends and never to the proper channel. I sounded very pathetic right? LOL!! I guess the differences between complaining and feedback are determine by voicing up the the right and proper channel. Constructive feedback is important for personal growth :) I will never tolerate with poor customer service. Ok, thats all. Ah lom sia! ='( On a happier note, baby sent me this email which brighten up my angry night! Lol... So fuckin' high can, see the hello kitty damn cute lor.
